After four-plus years of aging in new, charred American oak, this cask strength Carl T. batch was transferred into unused, charred French oak barrels to age an additional 4-8 months. This process provides a rich mouthfeel with burnt sugars and baking spices, followed by vanilla and a creamy finish.
