How To Use Bottle Hunt Ohio

A practical walkthrough of every feature on the site — from tracking drops to reporting sightings.

1

Check the Drop Calendar

Visit the Calendar page to see what exclusive bottles are dropping this week. OHLQ announces exclusives on their website and through email — we pull that info together in one place so you never miss a release.

  • Weekly Exclusives — arrive at stores on a set day, usually Wednesday or Thursday.
  • Single Barrel Saturdays — special releases at specific stores, announced 2–4 weeks ahead.
  • Bonus Releases — surprise mid-week drops with about a week's notice.
  • Bottle Lotteries — announced same-day; you enter for a chance to buy.

Find Your Stores

Use the Store Map to find OHLQ locations near you. Filter by region — Northeast, Southwest, Central, Northwest, or Southeast — and see community-reported delivery days for each store. Knowing your store's delivery day helps you show up when new stock arrives instead of guessing.

Report What You Find

This is the heart of Bottle Hunt Ohio. When you're at a store and spot an allocated or exclusive bottle on the shelf, report it. Your sighting helps other hunters know where to look.

Just pick the store, select the product, and optionally note how many bottles you saw. Reports are anonymous if you're not logged in, but creating a free account lets you track your own sighting history.

Tips from Experienced Hunters

  • Delivery days matter more than release dates — bottles often sit in back rooms until they're checked in.
  • Smaller and rural stores sometimes get allocated bottles that sit longer than at busy locations.
  • Be friendly to store employees — they remember the nice people.
  • Check multiple stores; not every location gets every release.
  • Follow OHLQ on social media and sign up for the Product Pulse email list for the earliest official announcements.
