Frequently Asked Questions
What do I actually get today?
Honest answer: you get the same product as free users, plus a locked-in $4.99/month founding rate that we will not raise on early supporters, and early access to new features as they ship. Your subscription funds hosting, scrapers, and the SMS infrastructure work in progress.
Why isn't SMS included yet?
The dispatcher, rate limits, quiet-hours handling, and verification flow are built in code, but Twilio carrier registration (A2P 10DLC) and production credentials aren't live yet. We won't bill anyone for SMS until it can actually send. When it ships, founding supporters get it included at the locked-in rate.
What is priority delivery?
Once SMS launches, the plan is for supporters to receive SMS alerts ahead of email and push for time-sensitive sightings. This is on the roadmap, not available today.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Yes. Cancel anytime from /account/billing — your access continues through the end of the current billing period. For refunds within 30 days, email info@bottlehuntohio.com and we will process it.
